This is a collection of the work I have done and been involved in.
Selsia-Vac is a portal site for a national group of vehicle accident centres.
It includes a members area where specific information for members can be viewed and downloaded.
Xerox ovations is a staff reward site allowing qualifying members to redeem points against prize, products and experiences.
It includes an implementation of a shopping cart that uses user-points instead of currency.
irishdancing.com is a site dedicated to readers of the Irish Dancing and Culture magazine.
It includes a forum where members can talk and share tips, advice and viewpoints. There is also a daily prize draw.
A points system keeps activity high on the site, with members striving to keep their points increasing.
Modules created for this site include a section for dancers to sell their old dresses and a daily prize system. The daily prize system included a block on the front page for a code given in the printed magazine the site complimented.
Dancefriend.com was an adapted version of Irishdancing.
The main functionality was transferred to this new site, with some new modules. These included a method for linking to videos uploaded to YouTube allowing them to be placed into seperate categories.
The University Caterers' Organisation website is aimed at Higher Education catering departments. This enables contact through the site for suppliers to display their new ranges and offer discounts and promotions exclusive to the TUCO registered organisations.
This site is built in Drupal, and I was involved in transferring the site from University Business, as well as maintaining and implimenting modules for the new site.
University Business is a site aimed at the decision makers in the higher education sector.
I was responsible for maintaining this site, as well as implementing modules, one of which I wrote to enable the transfer of the paper copy of a directory to the website. This enabled authorised members to add, edit and view the entries of the directory as well as updating the data for printing in the new year's directory
